Former Ghana international, John Paintsil, has praised the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for the progress it has made.
He believes that the GFA has performed well since taking office and should be recognized for their achievements.
While the GFA has faced recent criticism for the declining performance of national teams, Paintsil holds a different opinion.
He stated, "Unlike before, we (Ghana) are involved in any competition played in Africa or the world. When you are undergoing development, results don't come quickly. We are in a developmental phase because we are building."
Paintsil emphasized that he speaks honestly and does not show favoritism towards anyone. He explained that everyone has the best interests of Ghana football in mind.
"I have witnessed the progress, and credit should be given where it is due. The GFA has also established the GFA School, which provides coaching opportunities.
"They offer licenses A, B, C, and D, so coaches can attend school and learn various aspects of coaching," Paintsil told Asempa FM.
