Dutch forward of Ghanaian descent, Brian Brobbey scored for Ajax on Thursday night but it was not enough to save the side from a 3-2 defeat to USV Hercules in the Dutch KNVB Cup.
The forward was in action for the losing team today in the Dutch domestic cup competition.
In the game in the Round of 32, the hosts stunned Ajax in the first minute when Tim Pieters equalised.
Although Ajax would eventually recover from the shock, the team could not restore parity in the first half.
