Ghana international Mohammed Kudus is currently in the form of his life and just cannot stop scoring.

The talented youngster started for Ajax this evening for the second Uefa Champions League group game against Liverpool.

In a game played at Anfield, Liverpool dominated the early minutes and managed to take the lead through poster boy Mohammed Salah in the 17th minute.

Ten minutes later, Ajax pushed back and managed to score with a fantastic effort.

The goal came from no other person but in-form attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus. The player in his new false nine role pounced on a pass in the Liverpool area and fired an unstoppable shot that found the back of the net to restore parity for the visitors.

His goal today is the fifth he has scored in the last four matches for his team.

The goal is also his second consecutive strike in the Uefa Champions League. Last week, he was on target as Ajax ran riot over Rangers in Holland.

He has now cemented a place in the Ajax starting eleven.

Despite a top performance from Ajax in today's game, a second-half strike from Joel Matip handed Liverpool a 2-1 win at the end of the 90 minutes.
