Black Queens forward, Doris Boaduwaa has appealed to Ghanaians for support ahead of the tie against the Copper Queens of Zambia this month.
The women’s national team of Ghana and Zambia will lock horns next week in the third round of the qualifiers for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France.
Speaking ahead of the tie, Doris Boaduwaa has noted that the support of Ghanaians will be needed to overcome the opponent.
“Here is a passionate appeal to all parents, brothers and sisters in the entire country, on 23rd February, kindly come to the Stadium to support the Black Queens so that we can keep our Olympics hope alive. I urge everyone to come support us to victory,” she said.
The first leg of the tie between Ghana and Zambia will be played on Friday, February 13.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 5 pm at the Accra Sports Stadium.
