Abdul Aziz, a retired Great Olympics player, recently revealed a warning he received from his father regarding playing for the rival team, Hearts of Oak.
Aziz, who had a successful career with Great Olympics, shared his father's advice during a recent interview, shedding light on the intense rivalry between the two Ghanaian football clubs.
"This is something I don't want to say my father doesn't like Accra Hearts of Oak when I was playing for Great Olympics. He placed all his energy in Olympics most of the people in our place are one and he led them," Aziz said on Ernest Brew Smith show.
"His son won't play Hearts they tried several times one of their boss had a printing press at Circle my father told me were you are they love you and do everything for you why will you want to leave them. Those days Muslims had a team called Red Lions he said Hearts collapsed that team,"
