Ahead of kick-off, Ghana’s starting eleven of the game is out.

Arsenal ace Thomas Partey will captain Ghana in the International friendly against Mexico at the Bank of America stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina Saturday.

The 30-year-old who missed Ghana’s Africa Cup Nations qualifier against Central African Republic and the friendly against Liberia returns after recovering from a groin injury that kept him out for weeks.

Lawrence Ati-Zigi maintains place in post.

Stephan Ambrosius makes his first start for the Black Stars as he is named alongside Nicholas Opoku and Joseph Aidoo in a three-back system that would see Gideon Mensah and Kingsley Schindler play as wing backs.

Elisha Owusu will partner Thomas Partey in central midfield while Mohammed Kudus operate behind Antoine Semenyo.
