Kuwaiti club Al-Jahra have secured the signature of Ghanaian forward Isaka Abudo Diarra ahead of the upcoming campaign.

The 28-year-old joined as a free agent after leaving Saudi Arabia outfit Najran.

Isaka Diarra penned a year deal with Al-Jahra and is expected to play a huge role for the Red Palace battalion in the Kuwaiti League next season.

The Ghanaian forward Diarra previously had stints in the Tunisian league with Hammam Al-Anf gate and Al-Qabesi stadium.

He also featured for Al-Fahaheel in Kuwait before returning to the Tunisian league where he featured for Al-Najm Al-Metlaw.

Diarra last experience was in the Saudi league, with Al-Kawkab, and Najran.

He scored nine goals for Najran last season and will hope to better his performance with his new club.

It is worth noting that Al-Jahra Club is one of the oldest Kuwaiti teams, and previously won the Premier League title in the 1989-1990 season.
