Karela United head coach, Shaibu Tanko was left disappointed in his attackers on Sunday when the team suffered a defeat at the hands of Karela United in the Ghana Premier League.
Speaking in an interview, the gaffer rued the missed chances, insisting that if his forward players had made good use of the chances created the team wouldn’t have lost.
"It's been a difficult game in 90 minutes because one of the fundamentals is that if you have it and don't use it, you lose it. We had three clear chances in the first half but couldn't capitalize on them; they had one and were able to add another in the second half," coach Shaibu Tanko said in an interview with Happy FM.
After the 2-0 defeat to Legon Cities FC, Karela United have now dropped deeper into the relegation zone of the Ghana Premier League standings.
The team, from Anyinase is now on 32 points after playing 27 matches in the ongoing campaign.
