English-born Ghanaian duo Jarell Quansah and Darko Gyabi have been named in England's 23 man squad for u-20 World Cup.

The 23rd Under-20s World Cup, which was originally scheduled to take place in Indonesia but was rescheduled because of COVID-19 concerns will now take place from May 20 to June 11.

As a result of their victory at the Under-19 Euros last year, England earned a spot in the tournament and will face Tunisia on May 22 before taking on Uruguay, Iraq, and Iraq in the group stage.

On 21 September 2022, Gyabi who plays for Leeds United made his England U19 debut during a 2-0 2023 U19 Euro qualifying win over Montenegro.

Gyabi previously played for Manchester City, Millwall, and Cray Wanderers.

Eligible to play for England as well as Scotland, Ghana, and Barbados through his grandparents, Jarell Quansah first played with England youth teams, from under-16s level to the under-19s.

Quansah who plays for Liverpool on loan at Bristol Rovers made his England U20 debut during a 2-0 win over Germany in Manchester on 22 March 2023.
