James Essilfie heads Medeama's Protocol and Operations sub committee for CAF Champions League campaign

James Essilfie will chair the Protocol and Operations sub-committee for Medeama's CAF Champions League campaign.

The former Chief Executive will lead nine others members in fashioning travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for the club.

Other members on the committee are Alfred Kojo Owusu, Joseph Tetteh Zutah, John Justice Abban, Frank Oppong, Jones Nana Ntsiful, Oscar Bentsi Enchill, Anthony Ellion, James Mosie Kwodjoe and Eric Owusu Agyemang.

The club announced five sub-committees and a 10 man planning committee which will be chaired by Club President Moses Parker on Tuesday 27th June.

The committee will ensure that services are carried out in compliance with the club’s directive regarding the competition.

The club is currently preparing to fly the flag of Ghana high in the 2023/24 CAF Champions League.

Medeama conquered the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League with 60 points after 34 games.

A win against Tamale City on the final weekend of the league saw the Mauve and Yellow outfit being crown Ghana Premier League Champions at Akoon Park on Sunday, June 11. The victory was massively celebrated throughout Tarkwa.

Medeama is Ghana's sole representative in next season's CAF Champions League.
