Former Ghana U20 head coach, Sellas Tetteh has been visited by officials from the football association.

In the visit led by Ghana FA President Kurt Okraku, the coach who has not been well for a while has been supported with a GHS50,000 cash donation.

The donation has been made through the newly launched Ghana Football Association (GFA) Foundation.

Speaking during the donation, GFA President Kurt Okraku said he is elated that Coach Sellas Tetteh is doing better than before.

“I am happy to see to see you in good health,” Kurt Okraku said.

Speaking on the Ghana Football Association Foundation, Kurt Okraku said the establishment and subsequent launching of the GFA Foundation are borne out of the desire and commitment by the current leadership of the Association to enhance the living conditions of former footballers who might be in needy situations as a result of old age, ill-health, injury or general deprivation.

The visit to the ex-Black Stars coach is the first activity by the GFA Foundation which was outdoored earlier this week by the GFA as its social intervention arm.
