Real Tamale United were unable to complete the signing of Hearts of Oak forward Michelle Sarpong on transfer deadline day.
Michelle Sarpong was expected to join RTU from the Phobians on loan, but the move hit a snag because of salary demands.
It is said Hearts of Oak later agreed to pay half of his salary after negotiations with RTU, but the player was unavailable to sign the deal in time to be registered before the window was closed.
