Ghanaian players in the top five leagues in Europe were in action over the weekend, with no goal from any of them.

Premier League
Thomas Partey came on as a substitute for Arsenal in the 80th minute, replacing Martin Odegaard in their 2-0 win at Newcastle United on Sunday. It was the second time in a row he had come on as a substitute for the Gunners.
Eddie Nketiah was also an 87th-minute substitute for Gabriel Jesus.
Joseph Tetteh Anang was an unused substitute for West Ham United in their 1-0 home win against Manchester United.
Antoine Semenyo replaced Ryan Christie in the 84th minute for Bournemouth in their 3-1 home defeat to Chelsea.
Jordan Ayew lasted 84 minutes for Crystal Palace in their 1-0 loss at Tottenham, while Jeffrey Schlupp was subbed off after 74 minutes.
Andre Ayew and Kamaldeen Sulemana are in line to feature for Nottingham Forest and Southampton, respectively when the two sides face off on Monday. Mohammed Salisu has still not recovered from his injury.
French Ligue 1
Left-back Gideon Mensah played the full 90 minutes upon his return for AJ Auxerre in their 1-1 draw against Clermont Foot.
Defender Alidu Seidu also returned from suspension to play the full 90 minutes for Clermont Foot. French-born Ghanaian Grejohn Kyei lasted 79 minutes for Clermont Foot in the game.
Alexander Djiku captained Strasbourg and played the entire 90 minutes, leading them to a 2-0 win at Nantes, moving them to 14th position on the league log.
Bundesliga
Daniel-Kofi Kyereh was missing for Freiburg as they lost 1-0 at home to Leipzig because he is out for the rest of the season.
German-born Ansgar Knauff was an 83rd-minute substitute for Eintracht Frankfurt in their 3-1 loss at Hoffenheim.
Forward Christopher Antwi-Adjei played the entire 90 minutes for Bochum in their 2-0 loss to Borussia Monchengladbach.
New Ghanaian player Kingsley Schindler was a 65th-minute substitute, playing for 26 minutes as his side FC Koln won 2-1 at Bayer Leverkusen. Jeremie Frimpong played the entire 90 minutes for Leverkusen while Callum Hudson-Odoi was not in the squad.
