Ghanaian attacker, Prince Obeng Ampem scored in the first minute of Rijeka’s 3-1 win over Slaven Belupo on Monday afternoon.

The attacker started for his team today in the Round 22 encounter of the Croatian HNL League.

Right from kick-off, Rijeka went on the attack and created a very good chance for star winger Prince Obeng Ampem. The attacker took full advantage and scored to give his team the lead.

Later in the first half, Veldin Hodza also scored to double the lead for the away team to take a comfortable lead into the break.

After recess, a good start from Slaven Belupo saw the team scoring after just two minutes.

A third goal from Mtija Frigan in the 79th minute sealed a delightful 3-1 win for Rijeka at the end of the 90 minutes.

With his goal today, Ghana’s Prince Obeng Ampem now has four goals and five assists after making 31 appearances.
