France-born Ghanaian forward Godson Kyeremeh played a key role for SM Caen as they secured a crucial away point against Bordeaux in the French Ligue 2.
The 23-year-old started and lasted 72 minutes in his outfit 1-1 stalemate against Bordeaux at the Stade Matmut-Atlantique.
Caen shot into the lead after just 15 minutes into the game through Alexandre Mendy after he was set up by the French-Ghanaian attacker.
But the host fought back to level pegging before the break through Zuriko Davitashvili, who hit the back of the net in the 34th minute mark.
With no additional goal, both teams had to share the spoils at the end of the crucial game.
Kyeremeh is yet to open his scoring account this season but has four assists to his name in the French second-tier league.
