Ghana's Nathaniel Amamoo has joined German club Tennis Borussia Berlin for an undisclosed amount.
Nathaniel Amamoo is moving from Regionalliga Nordost side Berliner AK to the Westend-based club.
The 25-year-old was trained at Tennis Borussia Berlin up to the U-19 level before transferring to the SC Freiburg junior team. Later, he played for Karlsruher SC and Eintracht Norderstedt after playing there for the U-19s and the second men's team.
The attacker spent a season at Eichkamp again in the summer of 2020 before moving back up north to VfB Lubeck. Amamoo played for Berliner AK last season.
"I'm looking forward to playing for Tennis Borussia Berlin again next season and I want to help the team and fans celebrate success together again. TeBe is a special club and I've always felt very comfortable here," Nathaniel Amamoo said after signing his contract.
Sporting Director Benjamin Borth spoke about Amamoo's experience and how he fits into the squad.
"Nat is a player who impresses on and off the pitch. He has already gained regional and premier league experience and complements the previous squad perfectly. We are happy that he is moving back to Eichkamp,” he said.
