Ghana winger Joseph Paintsil has praised LA Galaxy's mentality following their comeback draw against Nashville in the Major League Soccer.

The Black Stars winger lasted the entire duration as his outfit came from behind to snatch a point at away on Sunday.

LA Galaxy has now stretched their unbeaten run in the MLS to three games after playing out a 2-2 draw against their opponent at the GEODIS Park.

The first half of the game ended in a pulsating goalless draw, as both teams struggled to find the back of the net.

After recess, the home team opened the scoring through Teal Bunbury after converting a penalty in the 54th minute mark.

Nsshville extended their lead four minutes later through Dru Yearwood and were cruising to victory.

But LA Galaxy staged a comeback to earn a point at away. Goals from Ruqui Puig and Dejan Joveljic propelled LA Galaxy to a draw.

"Strong mentality guys, on to the next one," wrote Paintsil on X, formerly Twitter, after the game.

The 26-year-old moved to the Major League Soccer in February after six successful years with Belgium giants KRC Genk.

He has already scored a goal and provided an assist in three matches for the California-based club.
