Ghana international, Alexander Djiku will be part of the Racing Strasbourg squad that will take on Troyes next weekend in the French Ligue 1.

The highly-rated defender was absent last Saturday when his team defeated OGC Nice 2-0 at home.

He had to miss the game because of a suspension.

Today when Racing Strasbourg resumed training, Alexander Djiku was present and put in good work.

As confirmed by his club, he will be available for selection next weekend for the game against Troyes.

“Racing returned to training today. Two absences. Yuito Suzuki and Eduard Sobol.

“The Ukrainian underwent surgery on Monday for a broken nose. He won't be against Troyes on Sunday, but he could against PSG.

“Alexander Djiku returns after his suspension,” parts of a post on the social media of Strasbourg said.

¡Buen Martes! ?

Racing retorno hoy a los entrenamientos. Dos ausencias. Yuito Suzuki y Eduard Sobol.

El ucraniano fue operado el lunes de una fractura en la nariz. No estará ante Troyes el Domingo, pero si podría ante el PSG.

The player’s return from suspension is a major boost for Strasbourg with the club determined to pick more points to escape relegation at the end of the 2022/23 season.
