Ghanaian winger, Edwin Gyasi has failed his trials with Dutch side, FC Emmen, Footballghana.com can exclusively confirm.
As Footballghana.com reported last week, the 31-year-old was on trials with the lower side with the hopes of securing a deal with the club after his contract with the Israeli club, Beitar Jerusalem was terminated last season.
However, the former CSKA Sofia winger picked up an injury against PEC Zwolle in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.
The club has therefore ask the winger to leave the side since a contract will not be offered to him.
Gyasi has played for the youth of AZ, Telstar, De Graafschap, Jong FC Twente, Heracles, Roda JC, Aalesund, FC Dallas, Samsunspor and Boluspor.
Gyasi made his senior debut for the Ghana national football team, the Black Stars in a 5-1 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification win over Congo on 5 September 2017.
