Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has selected prolific teammate Franck Etouga Mbella as his best player from the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
According to him, Bechem United goalkeeper Iddrisu Abdulai and Asante Kotoko defender Imoro Ibrahim are his best goalkeeper and defender for the last season respectively.
Speaking to Sunyani-based Service Radio, Danlad Ibrahim also chose teammate Sheriff Mohammed as his best midfielder from the last Ghana Premier League campaign.
“My best player in the league is Franck Mbella Etouga, excluding myself my best goalkeeper is Bechem United goalkeeper Iddrisu Abdulai, my best defender goes to Imoro Ibrahim and my best midfielder is Sherriff Mohammed,” the goalkeeper said.
The former Ghana U20 goalkeeper is currently in the camp of Ghana’s Black Galaxies. He was in action for the team on Sunday when the side thrashed Benin 3-0 in the qualifiers for the 2023 CHAN tournament.
