Ampem Darkoa Ladies head coach, Joe Nana Adarkwa, says he hopes his side does not repeat their mistakes in their win against ASFAR Club in their next game.
The Ghana Women's Premier League champions opened their CAF Women's Champions League game with a 2-1 win against the defending champions on Monday.
Despite the win, Nana Adarkwa admitted that his side committed some unpardonable blunders in their first game in the competition against their Moroccan opponents, and he is working on them to ensure they don't come to bite them.
Ahead of their second group game, Adarkwa is confident of minimal mistakes.
"We were almost written off in that game on Monday against ASFAR, but we fought through and got that win," he explained.
"I also realised there were a number of mistakes during our first half play especially, and we are working towards that so we do not repeat them."
Ampem Darkoa Ladies will take on AS Mande at Stade Laurent Pokou on Thursday night.
Ampem Darkoa sit top of Group B with three points after the first round of games.
