Elvis Manu spoke after Botev's first victory of the season against Septemvri. He was also awarded player of the match after scoring the team's first goal.

On 28 February 2022, Manu joined Polish Ekstraklasa side Wisła Kraków until the end of the season with a one-year extension option. He left the Polish side this summer and joined Botev.
