Ghana U-23 coach Ibrahim Tanko has named a 27-man squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The players are expected to report to the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 to begin preparations for the qualifiers.
Ghana will begin the qualifiers from the second round after being exempted from the first round.
Meanwhile, six players who participated in the Black Galaxies CHAN qualifiers have been given a week break by coach Ibrahim Tanko.
The players include, Augustine Randolph, Suraj Seidu, Dominic Nsobila, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, Samuel Osei Kuffour and Danlad Ibrahim.
The next U-23 Africa Cup of Nations will be hosted by Morocco next year.
