Ghana Premier League side FC Samartex has officially announced the signing of Amadu Nurudeen as the club's new head coach.

The Timber Boys made the announcement via the club's official social media platforms on Tuesday 18th July.

The club's statement reads:

"We’re extremely delighted to announce an experienced tactician, Amadu Nurudeen as our new Head Coach. The experienced gaffer joins us on a 2-year deal. He last coached Future Stars and did stupendous work for the Division One side,"

Amadu Nurudeen earned his CAF License B and A in 2012 and 2013, respectively, and has previously played for Asante Kotoko, Upper West Heroes, and King Faisal Babies.

He has worked as an Assistant Coach and Head Coach for a number of Premier League clubs.

Coach Nurudeen has replaced Annor Walker who left the club to manage Accra Great Olympics after the conclusion of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League.

Amadu Nurudeen has been tasked to build a solid team to meet the club's objectives for the 2023/24 season.
