Our heroes, our ex-national team players to be interested in coaching. We want to offer them facilities that would encourage them to go into coaching. One of the facilities will be a 50% discount in payment relating to the acquisition of coaching licenses to our ex-national team players.

We will invest $100,000 into to colt’s football. This money will serve as a means of buying football to our kids.

An amount of GHC 300,000 will be pushed to the referee’s Committee to be fully funded and help develop the Catch Them Young Referees as well.

The GFA will continue to absorb all referee fees for the upcoming season. Referees allowance to be paid weekly. GHC100,000 monthly allowance to regional referee managers. RFA Chairman will get GHC4,000 monthly allowance and Vice chair gets GHC1,500.

I have already said that the biggest problems facing our game are coaching and refereeing. We have big coaching problems in Ghana.
