The Black Princesses of Ghana have started training in Kumasi to prepare for the showdown against their counterparts from Senegal next weekend.

The Ghana women’s U20 national team will be coming up against the Senegal Women’s U20 national team on Sunday, January 21, in the second leg of the tie in the final round of the qualifiers for the 2024 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup.

Last Saturday, the Princesses showed resilience and character in the first leg and secured an important 2-0 win in Senegal.

After returning to Ghana on Sunday, the Princesses led by head coach Yussif Basigi are gearing up for the second leg.

On Monday, the team hit the gym as players put in some work in a bid to build on their fitness.

Today, the Black Princesses trained in Kumasi as part of the preparations for the reverse fixture against Senegal.
