In the midst of mounting anticipation and fervent speculation surrounding the upcoming 2023 GFA Elections, the incumbent Kurt Okraku has broken his silence, offering his first public remarks after successfully navigating the rigorous vetting process.
"We have just gone through our vetting the vetting is obviously a statutory requirement put together by the elections committee which is an independent body of the FA," he told Peace FM as monitored Footballghana.com
"And each one of us will have to go through I will say that it was good there were a lot of questions for my good self. But basically, it is about the statutory provisions on your forms whether indeed you signed the forms whether you have met the statutory requirement on the form.
"That is the member who proposed you the five required members who are needed to support your application and then obviously you have to go through the integrity section whether you have paid your tax returns if you don’t pay your tax you are in trouble and whether you have not made any false declaration what so ever in relation to this opening,"
