The Black Stars engaged in their traditional pre-game team walk in Kumasi earlier on Monday before their only pre-2023 Africa Cup of Nations friendly game against Namibia.
The game is scheduled to be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, with kickoff set at 8 pm Ghana time.
The players participated in the friendly walk before they took to the field to fine-tune their tactics and routines ahead of the tournament, set to commence in five days.
The game comes after the Black Stars trained at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese for five days before wrapping up preparations for the match with a final training session at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The match is not expected to be shown on TV, as the coaches do not want to give out information to the other teams.
Ghana is set to open their group stage campaign against Cape Verde on Sunday, January 14, 2024.
The Black Stars will then play against record champions Egypt in their second group match in four days before wrapping up the group stage against Mozambique on January 22.
