The Central African Republic is in second position on the group standings with eight points while Angola and Madagascar follow in third and fourth with seven and two points respectively.
Next month when the final round of group games in the qualifiers are played, the Black Stars of Ghana will take on the Central African Republic.
In the game that the Black Stars cannot afford to lose, sources have today disclosed that it will be played in Kumasi at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The game will be played on September 7 and is scheduled to kick off at 16:00gmt.
